The Flying fish Grill which is located at the Carmel Plaza Shopping Center just beneath the Patisserie Boissiere Cafe. This iconic establishment specializes in fresh fish and seafood with an Asian-Californian style cuisine . Don't be surprised when you are served complementary crispy fried wanton chips served with a ginger salsa as soon as you are seated. A favorite appetizer includes the California Tower appetizer with chunks of succulent fresh crab meat. A sample dinner menu might include the Almond Crusted Sea bass and the seared ocean fresh Ahi served with a mustard sesame soy sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant to any seafood lover and give it five stars for service, presentation and flavor.
