Dametra Cafe

The Dametra Cafe is located on the southeast corner of Ocean Avenue and Lincoln Street and features an eclectic and diverse Mediterranean food experience with a Greek and Turkish flair. When you visit the Dametra Cafe it is common to be greeted with a smiling face and and a hug as if you are a close friend. Don't be surprised when the owner and staff come out periodically singing and dancing to wonderful Mediterranean music which truly embraces the Dametra philosophy of "eat, laugh, live and love." My favorites include the Calamari appetizer which was the most tender and flavorful I have had in quite some time.  Other favorites include the seasoned Lamb and Beef Gyros.  I was so inspired by the Tzaziki sauce that I have been trying to replicate it at home (to no avail).
