Deetjen's Restaurant is located at the Deetjen's Big Sur Inn approximately 30 miles south of Carmel off highway 1. The decor at this warm and inviting historical establishment exudes a soothing calm with it's refreshing color scheme and rustic charm. The delicious food and friendly, attentive service adds to a delightful dining experience. Favorite menu items include the seared Organic Filet Mignon, Honey Mustard Rack of Lamb and the Spicy seafood Paella with mouth-watering chicken, clams, mussels, prawns, calamari and fish. Their light and tangy Eggs Benedict are possibly the best on the central coast.
