Rio Grill, located in the Crossroads Shopping Village, has been a destination for loyal locals and returning visitors alike. All items are prepared on site fresh daily using mostly local, fresh and organic ingredients. Rio Grill has something to suit everyone from casual fine dining in the dining room to flavorful appetizers in the open beam cantina style bar. A sample menu at Rio Grill might include the USDA Choice Prime New York Steak and fresh Mahi Mahi Tostada. My favorite dinner entrees have included the mouthwatering juicy BBQ Baby back Ribs and the tender melt-in-your-mouth Mustard Soy Marinated Skirt Steak.
