We were at the mouth of the Valley and decided to stop in Flanagan's Irish American Pub which is nestled in the Barnyard Shopping Village. This unpretentious pub attracts a fun crowd and reminds me of the friendly neighborhood McMenamins Pubs they have up in Portland Oregon . We ordered a full flavored Maryland style Crab Balls for an appetizer and split a mouthwatering 1/2 pound angus burger served with fries. Condiments come on the side brought in a crafty six pack container. After our meal we relocated out on the cozy patio to enjoy a tasty Newcastle Brown Ale. Thumbs up for this fun and friendly pub!
