Recently dined at the Hydro Bar and Grill. It was after 9:00 pm so there weren't a lot of places open and this looked like a fun, dynamic place. The brick building and high ceilings added to the lively atmosphere. Our server was very nice however, he was smokin' busy with a lot of tables in his section and it took a while to get service. We ordered the calamari appetizer for starters. Very tender and light. Our children ordered the mac and cheese and the cheese quesadilla which they both enjoyed. My wife ordered a seafood pasta dish which was a bountiful portion. I ordered the Asian BBQ ribs which were decent. I would probably return for drinks and appetizers on our next visit.
