Roy's at Pebble Beach

Roy's at Pebble Beach is located inside the Spanish Bay Hotel and offers delicious Hawaiian-fusion cuisine.  Nearly every table at Roy's has a view and the fun, dynamic atmosphere adds to the dining experience.  We first dined at Roy's about 12 years ago in Maui and were thrilled to learn that there was a Roy's located on the Monterey Peninsula.  My favorite entrees include the delightful Honey Mustard Beef Short Ribs, Blackened Rare Ahi and the Day Boat Scallops (when available).  However, I will often order two or three appetizers in place of an entree when I'm in the mood to mix and match.  The Blackened Ahi and the "Dynamite" Day Boat Scallops are also offered on the appetizer menu along with some of my other favorites that include the Szechwan BBQ Baby Back Ribs and the sumptuous Lobster and Shrimp Dumplings.  The portions are very generous and have a delicate balance of color and flavor.  If you arrive at sunset you can catch the professional bagpiper play wonderful Celtic music outdoors.
